Her favorite certification is Certified Specialist of Wine. Jonjie lives in Viera, Florida with her husband Steve and their precious dog, Barley.
Business Development Director - Upper Midwest, Tommy is a 35-year veteran with Carnival, with experience as the Director in NJ and the Midwest. Tom also spent 5 years as a Director in the Charters, Meeting and Incentive Dept. He has Bachelor’s in Marketing at NIU and a minor in Political Science at Loyola University in Rome. Tom has served on the board of CTO, TIPS, ASTA, and was the President of SKAL International Chicago.
Corporate Director, Food and Beverage Operations, where Nicole manages a portfolio of a dozen luxury and lifestyle hotels and over 25 food and beverage outlets. Nicole is the point person for all things beverage, activations, and strategic partnerships and is an industry leader with forward-thinking programming across all properties under her purview.
