We are looking for volunteers to join the new edition of Vinitaly USA, taking place on October 20-21, 2024 in Chicago.
If you have a welcoming and enthusiastic attitude, enjoy working in a vibrant atmosphere, and are eager to gain valuable experience in the wine industry, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
We have various opportunities available. Responsibilities may include:
Greet and guide attendees with a warm and friendly attitude.
Provide general information about different wines, wineries, and wine regions.
Help maintain cleanliness, organization and setup of the event space.
Promote a positive and engaging environment for all attendees.
Represent Vinitaly USA with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Answer exhibitors’ and attendees’ questions.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Passionate about wine or willingness to learn about wines and winemaking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to assigned shifts.
Basset Certification is a plus.
